Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a charming location near neighboring hotels and is perfect for attending events at nearby venues. The rooms are comfortable but would benefit from a refresh. The staff goes out of their way to assist, though there are occasional lapses in attention. Nearby cafes offer dining alternatives, but prices may be on the higher side.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The room, while a bit small for a 4-star hotel, did offer an excellent garden view that was pleasant. However, it was disappointing to find that the room did not match the photos and description provided at the time of booking.
The hotel room was small but enough for what I needed for the night, especially at half price. It was situated next to the kitchen extraction flue and was very noisy, but overall, it was much better than expected, although some issues remained. The service staff were not helpful, especially at breakfast, and were slow to clean the used tables, but on the bright side, they were friendly and pleasant overall. The location was ideal for getting around London, with a short walk to Oxford Street, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The dining experience wasn't very hot, and despite paying over £450 for a 2-night stay, it wasn't quite as expected for a continental breakfast, which was also noted as being extortionately expensive. The facilities were decent, offering basic amenities. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but it was acceptable for a short visit.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though slightly small, were clean and cozy. The service varied from unhelpful during breakfast to kind but challenging to communicate with. The hotel's location was convenient, with several attractions within walking distance, but the internet services were overpriced. The dining experience was mediocre, with limited options and overpriced meals.
My stay was fantastic! The hotel rooms were clean and perfect for a short stay, but they were uncomfortably hot and stuffy with no way to adjust the temperature. The service was top-notch, especially with a personal touch for my son's birthday. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to major attractions. Dining was good but slightly overpriced for what was offered.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms seemed to have been partially upgraded, but some issues like a loose faucet and drainage problems were evident. On the bright side, my room overlooked a beautiful garden square and had a comfy feel. However, being situated in the basement beneath the main dining room was a downside.
The hotel definitely needs air-con as the rooms were boiling hot even with the fan on. Additionally, the proximity to the noisy kitchen extraction flue was a downside. However, the standard premier inn type rooms are comfortable.
