My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The room, while a bit small for a 4-star hotel, did offer an excellent garden view that was pleasant. However, it was disappointing to find that the room did not match the photos and description provided at the time of booking.
The hotel room was small but enough for what I needed for the night, especially at half price. It was situated next to the kitchen extraction flue and was very noisy, but overall, it was much better than expected, although some issues remained. The service staff were not helpful, especially at breakfast, and were slow to clean the used tables, but on the bright side, they were friendly and pleasant overall. The location was ideal for getting around London, with a short walk to Oxford Street, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The dining experience wasn't very hot, and despite paying over £450 for a 2-night stay, it wasn't quite as expected for a continental breakfast, which was also noted as being extortionately expensive. The facilities were decent, offering basic amenities. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but it was acceptable for a short visit.
